Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 cups Cubed bread

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain and crumble.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Place bread cubes in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle bacon over bread.
  • Pour egg mixture over bread and bacon.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until set.

Great for a weekend breakfast or brunch!
