Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture and stir to coat.
Pour half of the bread mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread the apple pie filling over the top. Add the remaining bread mixture on top.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and melted butter. Drizzle over the casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Best served warm. You can also add a drizzle of maple syrup or a dollop of whipped cream on top.
