Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
  • 1 cup Broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the tofu, broccoli, carrots, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies or spices to suit your taste.
