Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 bag corn chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup salsa

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer the corn chips, taco beef, and shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.

Feel free to add any other taco toppings you like!
