Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 10 oz enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 corn tortillas

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the tortillas, half of the beef mixture, half of the enchilada sauce, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or jalapeños.
