Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
In a baking dish, layer half of the tortillas, half of the beef mixture, half of the enchilada sauce, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or jalapeños.
