Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer for a few minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, black beans, corn, and salsa.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and crushed Doritos.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
