Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Feel free to add your favorite taco toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, or guacamole.
