Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Banana peppers cored and seeded
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Stuff each banana pepper with the beef mixture.
  • Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to use any type of cheese you like.
