Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Stuff each banana pepper with the beef mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to use any type of cheese you like.
