Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Butternut Squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the squash, apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the squash is tender.

Notes:

Great as a side dish or a dessert. Serve warm.
