Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onions and carrots to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add beef broth, peas, and corn. Simmer until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes:
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
