Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onions and carrots to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  • Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add beef broth, peas, and corn. Simmer until thickened.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes:

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
