Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place scallops in a baking dish and cover with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the scallops are cooked through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped parsley for garnish.
