Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place scallops in a baking dish and cover with the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the scallops are cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add some chopped parsley for garnish.
