Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground sausage
  • 1 bag Frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked sausage, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and chopped onion.
  • Spread the sausage mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
