Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 4 large eggs hard-boiled and sliced
  • 200 g Hungarian sausage sliced
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and let them cool.
  • Peel and slice the potatoes and eggs.
  • Layer half of the potatoes in a baking dish, followed by half of the eggs and sausage. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, eggs, and sausage. Top with sour cream.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can add some grated cheese on top before baking.
