Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 1 pie crust store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the shredded cheese, diced ham, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Place the pie crust in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture into the crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
