Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pulled Pork
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine pulled pork, salsa, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat.
