Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine pulled pork, salsa, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat.
