Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pork rinds crushed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 lb Ground pork cooked
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground pork, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crushed pork rinds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other spices or herbs you like.
