Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sliced ribeye steak over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the chopped green bell pepper and onion until tender.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked steak, sautéed vegetables, shredded provolone cheese, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a twist, you can add mushrooms or use different types of cheese.
