Ribeye steak, thinly sliced

Green bell pepper, chopped

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the sliced ribeye steak over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the chopped green bell pepper and onion until tender.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked steak, sautéed vegetables, shredded provolone cheese, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a twist, you can add mushrooms or use different types of cheese.
