Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
