Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Bread cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup plus more for serving
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Spread half of the bread cubes in the baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the bread cubes.
  • Top with the remaining bread cubes. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving with additional maple syrup.

Notes:

Great for a weekend breakfast or brunch. Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
