spaghetti squash
halved and seeded

Parmesan cheese
grated

cup
marinara sauce

cup
mozzarella cheese
shredded

tsp
Italian seasoning
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the spaghetti squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
Once cooked, use a fork to scrape out the spaghetti squash strands into a mixing bowl.
Add the marinara sauce, half of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other veggies or proteins to the casserole for extra flavor and nutrition.
