Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, olives, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and top with the tomato and olive mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Notes:
Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
