Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package frozen pierogies about 12 pierogies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz can
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 4. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
  • 5. In a baking dish, layer the frozen pierogies, ground beef mixture, and soup mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • 7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
