Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions.
Stir in the black beans and corn. Cook for another 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer half of the Fritos, then the beef mixture, followed by the cheese.
Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with sour cream and salsa before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as jalapenos, olives, or green onions.
