Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 bag Fritos
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions.
  • Stir in the black beans and corn. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the Fritos, then the beef mixture, followed by the cheese.
  • Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with sour cream and salsa before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as jalapenos, olives, or green onions.
