Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Chili beans (15 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag Fritos (9.25 oz)

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chili beans and tomato sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the Fritos, followed by the beef mixture, and then half of the cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining Fritos, beef mixture, and cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a quick and easy dinner. Feel free to add some diced onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
