Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, steam the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots until tender.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine the steamed vegetables and cheese sauce in a mixing bowl. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables you like or use a different type of cheese.
