Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Stuff bell pepper halves with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until peppers are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to use any type of cheese you like.
