Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced squash
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together squash, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a baking dish and top with crushed crackers.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or bell peppers.
