Ingredients:

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces)
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
