Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
Add the torn croissant pieces and shredded cheeses to the bowl. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
