Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the diced tomatoes, ketchup, and mustard to the skillet. Stir to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Place the biscuit dough quarters evenly over the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add pickles or other favorite burger toppings before baking.
