Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Undercooked Rice
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken diced
  • 1 cup Frozen Vegetables mixed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the undercooked rice, chicken broth, shredded cheese, cooked chicken, and frozen vegetables.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
