Ingredients:

  • 4 cups day-old bread, cubed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Place the cubed bread in a baking dish.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the bread, ensuring all pieces are soaked.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes:
