Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
Place half of the bread cubes in the baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the blueberries.
Layer the remaining bread cubes and blueberries on top.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and blueberries.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Serve with extra maple syrup or a dusting of powdered sugar.
