Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and add half of the bread cubes.
Top with cream cheese cubes and blueberries, then add the remaining bread cubes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Serve with extra maple syrup if desired.
