Taco Seasoning

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef and stir well.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, salsa, and cooked rice. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
