Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Crushed Crackers
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • In another bowl, mix the crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like broccoli or peas for extra nutrition.
