Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni cooked and drained
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, Velveeta cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and peas.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like carrots or broccoli for extra nutrition.
