Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, uncooked rice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to let the top brown slightly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite spices for extra flavor.
