Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, black beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning.
In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, then the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with sour cream before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat.
