Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, black beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, then the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with sour cream before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat.
