Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, black beans, butternut squash, onion, garlic, cumin, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
