Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Tennessee onions sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Tennessee onions and place them in a baking dish.
  • Pour the heavy cream over the onions.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the cheese.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
