In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, black beans, and salsa.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Top with crushed tortilla chips.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
