Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced squash
  • 1 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine squash, water chestnuts, cheese, bread crumbs, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
