Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine squash, carrots, cheese, bread crumbs, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or bell peppers.
