Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
