Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Cook the bacon until crispy. Crumble into pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • In a baking dish, layer the sausage, bacon, and cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

Notes:

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
