Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Add melted butter and milk, stir until combined.
Pour rhubarb mixture into a baking dish. Pour batter over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes:
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
