Salsa

cheddar or Mexican blend

Tortilla chips
crushed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, black beans, and salsa.
Spread a layer of crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer the beef mixture over the chips, then top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
You can add jalapeños for extra spice.
