Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pulled Pork cooked
  • 1 bag Tater Tots frozen
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 small Onion diced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the pulled pork with BBQ sauce.
  • Spread the pulled pork mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Top with a layer of tater tots.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add some jalapeños or green onions on top before baking.
