Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can add some Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
